I'm new to LCHF, so I'm a little unsure how I should figure Carbs.
I know to subtract the Fiber from Carbs but what about the 4 calories
a gram the difference will produce? Today it would be over 50 calories.
Thanks for any light shed on this. :)

You can subtract the calories as well. Although some fiber may be two calories a gram. Some will be zero. It is hard to tell. In any case, if those 50 calories make or break your diet, there are other serious issues that need to be addressed first.

I don't subtract the calories for two reasons:
    1- it's easier.
    2- I'd rather over-count calories than under-count them.

I only subtract the fiber from the carbs. (I am on Atkins and there is nothing ever mentioned that I have found about subtracting any kind of calories)

Calories in the US are allowed about a 25% margin of error anyway, so I honestly wouldn't sweat the 50 fiber calories. Stick to your plan and just remember that unless you did nutritional analysis at the microscopic level of ever single thing you eat and drink, you've no idea of the exact details anyway...
