    Thank you for the links! One recommendation I will refute: I tried the kosher salt on a cheaper cut of steak, as recommended to help make it tender. It was a waste since it tasted way too salty, even after rinsing all the salt off before cooking. Just putting my experience with that tip out there. :smile:

    Interesting. I haven't tried that method, but I have brined stuff before, and if you brine, it, don't season it until eating it!!!
