    Howdy razz and 1nderland! Glad yall are here. You picked the best group on map imo to join. I highly recommend the accountability thread if you don't have that at home, or if you do! Also the monthly weight loss challenge thread is great for motivation as well. Of you have any questions just ask, feel free to send out lots of Friend requests, to me and others, and you'll see why this group is great tool on your weight loss journey.
