daily net carbs

MFP has me on 224 carbs daily. Would it hurt to go lower? Also has me on 90 protein, but tend to go over a bit. Is that okay?

    Something is not adding up

    90 grams of protein is 360 calories

    15 carbs is 60 calories

    So you are at 420 calories

    How much fat are you eating?

    That sounds like you may be looking at something incorrectly.

    they have me set on 1790 cal.,224 carbs, 21 fiber, 90 protein, 1599 sodium, and 67 sugar

    Where are you getting 15 net carbs from?! 224 total carbs minus 21 grams fiber is 203 Net Carbs. ??

    I'm not the only one confused

    I think maybe the observation is the percentage not the grams...

    I would check your macros with one or more of these keto diet calculators. MFP's default setting is not the greatest for setting up this way of eating. I aim for less than 80 grams of carb per day (in maintenance), many people do less than 20 to stay in ketosis and keep losing.
