My fur baby is showing signs if dying. He is 17 years old and sleeps all the time, doesn't show interest in food or water. If he does eat it is a very little or he pukes and my daughter said he falls while walking sometimes. I don't see him walk much anymore and to top it all off he stays away from us. He used to want attention all the time.

(((hugs)))) i am so sorry. Maybe the vet can help him feel more comfortable in the final days.

I recently lost my two fur babies both 17 years old, about six months apart. We had the vet put them to sleep , I held them as we said good bye. This is very hard and emotional. If you can afford it end their life if there is no way back. Animals don't deserve to suffer. There is no hospice for them, they have to drag themselves outside to go to the toilet etc. My dear old Jack was so wobbly and unwell.
