Hey all,

Sorry I haven't updated the spreadsheet for last weeks, ended up staying at my parents a little longer than I planned so only just got back. Will be updating it all tomorrow morning so anything I've missed from last week / the week before should be added then

Same as normal, add your weight for this week here and I'll add that when I update the rest :)

    No sweat, Jamie. I am still steady at 179. I have lost 0.5" off hips and waist, so not too unhappy!

    same! I gained 2 lbs this past week but I definitely am getting smaller. It can suck but hang in there!!

    Just got back from Florida... after a week of drinking and eating terribly, I'm staying away from the scale for a few days so keep me at the same.

    Hope everyone is still killing the challenge :-)

    Thanks, I'm trying not to get discouraged. I actually think I should put my scale away for a few weeks. Hard when I signed up for a weekly weigh-in group challenge. =)

    I understand that. I actually weigh in everyday. But it has gotten frustrating with the lack of progress.

    Checking in late for last week...maintain again, 198lbs. Frankly I'm just glad it's been maintenance and no gains so far. I've had a rough couple of weeks with migraines. It's taking all the energy i have just to get through the day and make it to work. I have no energy left to focus on logging or exercise lately...blah. Hoping for a another maintain tomorrow when I weigh-in and not a gain!
