Argh - did NOT lose weight this week. But I know I'm on the right track with what I'm doing, so I feel pretty good about it anyway!0

Ate a lot more yesterday evening than I intended. But kept relatively close in points, and yesterday was a big exercise day. I signed up for the paid version of MFP so I could have the tracker not add exercise calories to food calories. I want to keep them separate.0
