I've seen this stuff pop up on my Facebook Keto feed more than once and it makes me sad. I NEED DIS ... and you can't buy it in Australia. :(

    I. Saw it online, I think it was amazon. Kinda like dehydrated cheese, so doesn't have to be refrigerated.

    G'day from Perth, Ebony.

Do you think Oz Customs will allow it in? It's so annoying that our Amazon doesn't do food isn't it?

Make your own! I do this all the time... it's just dehydrated cheese.
I cut cheese into 1" squares (or you could shred and make small piles) and place them onto parchment paper.
Throw in the oven for a few minutes at 350(F) and keep an eye on them so they don't burn, although having a nice bit of browning on the edges is a good thing if you like them crispy.
They come out kind of like crackers and sometimes I put a little flavoured cream cheese on them... decadent!
Different cheeses give you different results. I quite like how low-fat cheddar (gasp! LOW FAT?! in LCHF?! lol) turns out with this technique.
So quick and easy, Google "cheese lace" and go from there :)
