Today is my 19th wedding anniversary so we are going to dinner tonight and I have to work. So I am not sure about staying in calories but I am hoping to stay as close to them as possible.
My goals for today are
1) drink plenty of water
2) hit my 13000 steps
3) kettle bell workout
