Entering Last Weigh In
I tried entering my last weigh in info. I kept getting error messages so I'm not sure if any of it was saved. Just in case.... Last weight = 214 No loss since last week I worked out 3 hours and walked 2 miles.

Week August 23 goals and updates..
Another race in one month.....triathlon Seriously need to work on nutrition and core strength. 1. Plan out more controlled calories on work days... Especially after work. 2. Focus on core exercises 3. Decrease 5k pace 4. Lose weight!!
