Report on yesterday
1) get My steps
2) Drink 12 glasses of water min.
3) Stay in calories
4) no sugar ( i.e candy, cake, ice cream, cookies)

1) only did 11543 steps so I didn't reach my goal
2) drank all my water
3)stayed in my calories
4) no sugar yesterday was day 4 of no sweets

Today's goals include
1) get my steps
2) stay in calories
3) swimming laps
4)drink 12 glasses of water
5)no sugar
6) start going through both of my sons clothes time to get rid of some

    Report on yesterday:

    1. Morning workout -- done
    2. 10,000 steps -- over 20,000 again, but I made it easy with a long run
    3. within calories/no unplanned snacking -- hurray!
    4. bed/sleep -- nope

    It's a really successful week EXCEPT for the sleep, which hasn't hurt me yet but I really need to correct it before it does, especially since I expect a busy, stressful weekend. So rinse and repeat!

    Today's goals:

    1. Get in my planned workouts - so far, so good
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. within calories/no unplanned snacking
    4. bed/sleep
    5. prepare a bring a meal for the weekend at work - done
