Last week was so hectic at work. One of the girls is on vacation for two weeks so I am doing both A/P and A/R. Which has my mind going in a million directions and then just trying to get things I put off around the house done I never posted this. Sorry for the delay.

There are side challenge columns for tracking the total amount time you worked and the total miles you did. Both are completely optional and up to each person if they want to track.

Now onto the normal disclaimer:
First if anyone has any questions or issues with the spreadsheet not working or just an over all question please let me know.

Everyone's starting weight is being pulled from your last logged weigh in from the Memorial Day challenge weigh in. If you are one of the late weigh-ins please feel free to fix your starting weight.

If you are coming over from the 4th of July challenge all you need to do at the moment is enter your desired pounds shed in the highlighted column. Your goal weight will populate once that is entered.

If you are new to the challenge all together then welcome :) Please add yourself to the bottom of the spreadsheet and fill in the highlighted columns - A (your name), B (your user name), C (your starting weight) E (challenge starting weight) & G (desired pounds shed). Everything else should populate for you.
