Nothing to report yet; just a fluctuation I'm thinking, but Thursday's my weigh day.

Struggles or successes of your week: Stress at work, made it a bit difficult. Stayed on meal plan through most of it except one day, caved to chocolate cravings but held it at 4 squares of Lindt 90% Dark chocolate so it didn't blow my carb count. On the upside, I made my step goal every day!

Struggles or successes of your week: I'm not really sure WHAT happened this week. I had a couple of higher calorie days, but I've been exercising a lot [for me]. I'm hoping it's just a blip and next week will show results. This is my first gain in nearly 6 months.

Struggles or successes of your week:this week I did ok but not great with my eating. I only got 2 workouts in so I was thinking that I had gained weight. I was pleasantly suprised when I found out that wasn't the case. Now I'm super motivated to press on for next week.

7/4:313.20 lb. Came back from vacation and gained back any loss and then some. I'm at my highest non pregnancy weight. I haven't showed the gain on MFP hoping to be down a bit before logging it here.

Struggles or successes of your week: As mentioned, we went on vacation over the last week in June/beginning of July. The people we stayed with were very meat and potato oriented, and it felt we ate large meals at odd times. I am at fault though, still eating big and taking big portions. Big Brunch, then a late lunch, then an even later dinner. However my steps were pretty up there all day, yet it wasn't enough. I hope my progress this week will help get me back on track and down. I am currently working on a show and I really would love to say I've lost 20 pounds by the end of the show in November, however that was before gaining 10 pounds, so I guess I now have 30 to lose to get to the 280 I want to be.

Struggles or successes of your week: Meal planning will take some getting use to. I have done "meal planning" before as far as which restaurant will be for lunch. Also writing down what all I have ate.

I had gastric bypass surgery 3 1/2 years ago and lost 115 lbs, but have gained about 25 pounds back. I would love to get this off again and this time keep it off.

It took me 2 weeks to lose the weight I gained during my week of vacation... These things happen; please try not to worry about what happened, but look forward to what will be. You should be able to get there by November by tracking your food if your calorie goals are targeting 2 lbs. per week.

Mine fluctuates quite a bit depending on what I've eaten, and if I've been drinking enough water/fluids. In my experience the scale will "stall" for a week or two, and then (if I've been following my calorie goals and exercise) shoot down with dramatic flair.

From your lips to God's ears!

Actually, it's fluid - I woke up yesterday with huge cankles, no bones or veins in my feet. So I'm pumping the water and willing the heat and humidity to settle down before next weeks weigh in (not looking promising).

ScrAgnX : Thanks. I'm trying, and surprisingly, today I walked away from the free jube jubes and cookies. I usually talk myself into a couple here and there. If I even consider it, I usually have it. (My work provides free snacks of all kinds, lots of bad stuff and hard to say no.) As I got to my desk, and after a few minutes I had the odd though, "Hmm, it didn't kill me to walk away, and I'm ok not having some". Let's hope that thought stays with me.

As my morning snack I did cave to half a bagel though, with some fruit.
