With the help of the Easter and 4th of July challenges, I lost 30 pounds and hit my goal weight of 120 on June 27th So I will be working on maintenance and upping my fitness commitment during this challenge.

Well, Mondays are my usual weigh in days, but because of the 4th I waited a couple of days. So happy this morning to still see the scale straight up at 120. Now to be good over the weekend Tami0
