Wow!! You all are so inspiring with all the miles you are walking. I am so out of shape that I can't even do a Leslie 14 minute mile now.
Years ago I had great success with WATP but no more VCR to play the the tapes on. Ordered a DVD for delivery tomorrow. I am hoping the 18 1 mile walk will be doable. I also ordered two 2 lb weight balls. I think the video uses 1 lb weights but that's okay.
My goal is to walk 12 Leslie miles by July 31.
