Hello All, The next senior challenge is starting today, July 3rd, and runs until September 4th, 9 weeks. Post your final weight and reflections for the Spring to Summer Challenge. Then tell us what you wish to accomplish in this next challenge. Can be in terms of weight, exercise, nutrition, relaxation activity, even work or leisure goals. Simply, what you want to accomplish in terms of weight loss and holistic health goals between July 3rd and September 4th? Remember, the more specific you are the more likely you are to accomplish your challenge goals.

    I'd like to lose 15 lbs would be happy with 10. I've joined a gym at our Church nearby & I have a goal of exercising there 30 min 3 x a week.
