This challenge is from 9/26/22 to November 1/18/22. 8 weeks if I counted correctly. I'm going to delve into senior intermittent fasting--a 7-hour window of eating, not eating (fasting) the rest of the time. I'll record my food and strive for healthy whole foods. We finally had substantial snow yesterday. Winter feels real. This next 8-week challenge is from January 1 to February 26th. Winter into Spring. I am starting January with the intention to weigh and record my food daily. Those are my two strongest tools for managing my weight.

Fall 2021 Challenge
September 4th through November 6: 9-week challenge. Finally in the 180s, though bouncing around in the high 80's. During this challenge, I would like to get into the 170s. My tools: mfp, noom, daily 30-minute walk, reducing my carbs. Adding gentle yoga, swim fit, weight machines.

Summer to Fall 8 Week Challenge. July 9th - Sept 3rd. Actually starting, myself, on the 11th but often do my weigh for the week on Saturday or Sunday when the time is just a bit later (which makes me just a bit lighter). Hope others will join in.
