July 15 Goals

Despite the gross weather outside today that kept me from going for a run this morning its turning out to be a good day. I even got a free breakfast Cant beat that. I went out to the food truck this morning on break to give the guy his check (we get milk for the office from him daily and so I had his check for the last 2 months of milk) and decided to just browse since I was in a snacky mood. He let me have my fruit salad for nothing.
Todays goals:
1. Stick with preplanned meals
2. Get at least 8 hours of sleep
3. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise when I get home
4. Pick up the weekly farm share and plan what to do with all the goodies

yesterdays goals
1)drink lots of water
2)stay away from sweets
3) stay in calories
4) start 30 day plank challenge
5) kettlebell
6) run/walk ( my knee is bothering me a bit so we will see what I can do. at this point i will be happy to even get a mile in as it has been a while since i have done anything.)
7) It my day off so I need to get my laundry done and apartment clean as well.
1) check 2) not so much 3) check 4) check 5) check and feeling a little sore because of it but i am good with that. 6) I didn't specifically go out for a run/walk and measure it but i did a lot of running around and ended up with 7000 steps so i probably did at least a mile maybe more. I just don't know for sure. 7) got apartment done but not my laundry. The three kids who just came back from camp all got theirs done instead. Thank goodness they are old enough to do their own
TODAY'S GOALS
1) drink lots of water
2) run/walk get to my step goal
3) take one daughter to the dentist
4) take the other daughter to the One D concert and hopefully not end up with a headache.
5) day 2 plank challenge
6) today is another day off so getting my laundry done is a must.
7)Stay within calories
8) Yesterday i had one piece of fruit. I am not proud of that by any means. Today I want to do better and try to have at least three servings of fruit /veggies.

Log food for the day - Done
Get at least 7 hours of sleep tonight - Done
Eat no highly processed foods - Done
Get errands/tasks complete before leaving for a few days away - Done and arrived at my destination.
Finally, a "Done" day!

You actually posted yours first. I started mine while I was at work and got side tracked. Then finished it a while later and clicked post without checking to see if someone started one in the meantime.0
