Good morning! Beachbody is having their annual Summit meeting and they've announced a few new products that I thought I'd share.

1. As @SatiaRenee announced, there is a new program launching in December by Autumn and the creator of Body Beast called "The Master's Hammer and Chisel".
2. Shakeology Boosts - you add these to your Shakeology - there is one for energy, one for digestion, and one with greens. The video is pretty entertaining: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVE40ryLjOU
3. The Beachbody Performance nutrition line - this was previously announced - the extra news is that shipping on this will be free when it launches July 22, and through the month of August. Here is a video on that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsE9O-2smdI

Too funny. @jpkrueger I was just thinking that I may be getting rid of my morning coffee. My mother has a Keurig but feels guilty about the affect it has on the environment which is why I refuse to buy one. However, every morning I was having a perfect cup of coffee. It's sort of a no brainer and I've hated every cup of coffee I've made since being home. I think I'll be finishing off what I have and switch my morning ritual from coffee to tea. Less acid for me. LOL!

@SatiaRenee I have gone on and off coffee since I started drinking Shakeology. I don't even think the caffeine does anything to me...but I like it anyway. Habit I guess!! The acid comment cracked me up too.

I do have a Keurig but I don't buy K-cups because of the environmental impact you mentioned - I use the refillable containers and buy regular ground coffee. Sadly, it's not as much of a no-brainer or as easy but I feel better about it. These are the ones I use and they are really sturdy and work great: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008XFE2YO?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00

@jpkrueger Keurig has made their coffee makers DRF, meaning you can no longer buy the refillable filters. I think they are back pedaling on that decision but, until they can make those pods more environmentally friendly, I'm resisting the temptation of the machine altogether. I mean, if I have to fill a refillable filter, I may as well keep using my French Press, right?

Oh that's right I read about that! Really not cool and I do hope they change that back. Hopefully the backlash will force them to!
