I was going to say, fiber bungs me up worse now that I'm fat adapted. I switched between diarrhoea and bad constipation when I went ketosis, and I always suffered with constipation terribly on the SAD diet. But since becoming keto-adapted it has taken care of itself. It took about six weeks though for my digestive system to get accustomed to this woe.0

I've cut out dairy. The coffee & coconut oil keep things moving for me0

Try flaxseed. Bulletproof coffee works wonders for me.0

I've added 1/4 tsp to each of my cups of coffee (I have many) and it seems to give "things" a jolt. Not only does the coconut oil add lubrication, but it seems to add more instant energy effects to the coffee.0
