Oh my goodness, I need to kick it into gear to make my goal. Doable, but will be challenging! We have 31 days left!

I'm always playing catchup, sorry guys! Ankle is doing a lot better as I mix up my workouts more and steer clear of any moves too jarring or too repetitive.

Roger - great to see you here again! Glad your rehab is going well though I'm sorry about your foot still bothering you by days end and your knee issue. I'm sure you're SO ready to just feel well!!

Flo - how many more weeks do you have to travel? You are still kicking it in the exercise world I see - AMAZING!!!

Sue - I had to laugh at your comment about your dog's walking you. That's how my dogs are. One is a beagle so once his nose catches a scent he forgets I exist and yanks me in that direction. The other is a 3 year old lab mix who can't decide where she wants to go - follow the beagle or go somewhere else - she's just a terrible leash walker lol.

Mary - hope you're doing well! And I totally forgot about the all-star game. We usually like to watch the homerun derby but it didn't even cross my mind until I read something about it a couple of days later. My work days have been so crazy, I feel like such a space cadet by evening. :)

    Sue - love the cartoon!

Amanda - Glad your ankle is better and on the mend. Admittedly, can't say I was diligent about actually watching the game. Multi-tasked through the whole thing. : - )

    Exhausted and it's late.

    Good night all!

    Good morning all :),

Walked during lunch for 30 minutes plus some walking in the evening....so adding an hour not sure how long the walk in the evening was but it was shorter than usual....hubs didn't feel well.

That's about the only thing I did correctly, Amanda. Move. Thanks.

I have about 5 more weeks, but was able to arrange a couple video conferences, so am home for a few days thankfully.

Very glad your ankle is improving. You take care.

Hi, Sue. Hope your hubby feels better ...

In class all day yesterday and today, then had a video conference this afternoon. So moved quite a bit in class, during breaks, etc. Not so much during the videos, however. :) Now, a phone conference would have been ideal 'cause I could have talked and walked. LOL!

    Anyhoo, did 110 minutes 7/18

Thanks, Flo! Exercising regularly has become a habit and isn't difficult to maintain. It will drop off here and there with only get 1 or 2 days in, which is how I got behind in the challenge. Need a daily workout pace for the next 4 weeks, so we'll see how that goes. Weather is supposed to be cooler, so can add in some walks at lunch.

My goodness, you have been traveling! Feel for you in trying to keep a routine while away...

Got my new weight scale last night as mine was doing the jumping jacks with being very inconsistent with my weight...well the new scale is a Weight Watchers scale and I am happy to report that it say 190 lbs. flat woot. not recording it though since Sunday is weigh in day.

We also walked/ran last night literally...or well the dogs ran us? hmmm have to think about that statement lol...90 minutes :).

Flo I have to agree ...we are all doing amazing with our exercise and weight loss. So proud of us :).
