Hey Sue, Flo, & Roger!!! How do you feel about incorporating the exercise challenge into the next 100% challenge? Was thinking it may be easier than trying to post in both places and the # of us is dwindling. But didn't want to post a recommendation on the 100% challenge if you all prefer to leave it separate. The format could be similar to the food/water spreadsheet, but would track minutes in the cells for each day.0

I think this is a great idea if you ask me but I will leave it up to all of you...either way I am in no matter what we decide...this past challenge helped me so much....I wanted to move and exercise ....over 5300 minutes worth...whew quite a number lol.
07/30 - 90 minutes
07/31 - 90 minutes
08/01 - 330 minutes (yes lol.....omg I can feel my bones....but I drank loads of water and took lots of breaks )

45 Mins - Rehab
I'm not going to play catch up all my numbers. But I slacked off last week and I need to quit doing that. But on the bright side I have met my challenge goal already!! WOOHOO!! But I have to keep it going and I have to get in here and post everyday to keep me on track.
Mary: We can see. The 100% challenge has never pushed exercise as a requirement and I wouldn't want anyone to feel uncomfortable. I thought about posting this challenge out in the other forum to attract more interest. There just isn't enough traffic in the NS Group forum to attract people here.

Moved some, but very little. Nothing to post about. Traveling ...0

Long long day on the road. Nothing again to add. I'm taking a shower and going to bed as soon as I get to my room.0

8/6 - 40 minutes (walking)
Okay, so I made a mistake yesterday... Should have been 75 minutes instead of 60 minutes with my yoga class, AND I failed to leave on-time to actually make it to the class, so didn't go anyway. I have the class rescheduled for the morning, so will adjust my minutes and count it as done...
And the good news for me today is that I have my new sketchers that I'm leaving at work. I'll be able to slip them on and off easily for more steps during the day. Always wear comfortable shoes to work, but not necessarily the best option for an exercise intended walk.

Will be home for a couple days tomorrow.
This week has not been nice.

29 Mins - Walking
I opted out of rehab today in favor of walking. We are having our annual Summer Festival today and tomorrow. So I went and walked around it today. Didn't do to much stopping and looking, mostly just walked the whole thing. I plan on going tomorrow with my sisters and will do more looking then. But it was nice and cooler than it has been recently. And the best part is my foot and ankle survived it. It's a little sore so I'm going to go ice it before going to work.

Couldn't do yoga this morning because I had some work to do remotely before taking the rest of the day off... But did make an early Jazzercise class... Looks like meeting my goal won't be possible, but will keep at it to get as close as possible without killing myself doing it... : - )
Roger, glad you were able to get a walk in without too much pain. Our bodies just don't recovery as quickly as they did 20 years ago, do they... Sad, but true...
Flo, bet it feels great to be home. Going home is the best part of any trip, in my opinion!0 -
