Today I am feeling frustrated. I stayed in my calories pretty much all week and i did good with exercising. I am bummed however because I still gained weight. I am going to change my calories to 1.5 lbs a week instead of 1 and see if that help to kick start me. that being said my goals today are
1) drink 12 glasses of water
2)stay at or under new calorie goal
3)go for a walk/run
4) hit my step goal
5)eat 3-4 fruit/veggie servings
6) day 7 plank challenge

Don't be to frustrated. That can happen for a number of reasons but it will come off.
Todays goals:
1. drink 10 glasses of water
2. go for a walk (its to hot for a run)
3. get caught up on laundry0
