Not sure if it was the rediculous heat... Or what
But the ride today was hard...
Still on low carb and still able to do pretty intense level cardio for over an hour but it was tough sledding today
I think normal ups and downs in energy are normal so I'm not counting today as anything other than a low energy Monday
I didn't perform poorly. It just was a real butt kicking effort.

It was a group ride so I could draft
And group rides are just fun
I used to be the fat guy that could not do that
Now I can go ride with a bunch of for people and draft and feel like one of the cool kids
Fitness is giving me my life back
So yeah, it was tough but I am laying on my butt tomorrow for sure0
