Feel free to add me as a friend as I am searching for more young women that have similar goals and have their diaries open.

I'm 23, an overnight nurse, I log daily, and I lift heavy at least 5-6 days a week. hate cardio, but it's a necessary evil for me.

Eventually my goal is to compete - not sure in what though!

    I don't count calories anymore so I have no diary to speak of....but I'm here every day to plug in my lifts.

    I don't log my food but I lift heavy and I love having mfp motivation buddies :-)
