I have a loss! 1.2 pounds. I did see Onderland over the past week, in fact I got to 198, but Tuesday is my weigh in day, so this is my number.
I think with the biking my body is making leg muscles. I looked through lots of success story thread images and shifting body composition and configuration is just as much a part of success as the actual scale. I'm OK with weighing higher if what I'm made of is more dense muscles. I read muscle burns more throughout the day. I still have a lot to drop by goal date, but maybe I'll get a few swoosh losses down the line.0 -

I am happy to report a 1.6 loss this week. Keeping up the work.
Last weekend was my Yoga Retreat with my daughter and we ate vegetarian all weekend. We had some
great meals and I must say I didn't miss the meat.

Hi guys. I'm getting a little annoyed right now. No loss for me.........but then no gain either...... However I will say the last two weeks have been really stressful..... Teenagers....... Nuff said....... And not just my teenager but her best friend and friends sister...... So I will take the same and be somewhat grateful.....
