Struggles or successes of your week: so I am really struggling. I weighed before I left for my trip and had done well. When I got back I had gained everything back due to the food that was around me....none of it good. Then I get back and have an aweful week. Just one Nad eating decision after another....sigh0 -

Loss/gain for the week: +1.3lbs
Loss/gain for the month: -2.2 lbs
Struggles or successes of your week: Lots of travel, but I did ok. I think the gain here is probably due to my medical treamtments on Fri. I was dropping to 290.2 last Wed, and usually lose a pound or two from Wed-Fri, then gain a bit Sat and Sun post-treatment, then lose the extra water weight Mon and Tues. Long story short, I'm guessing I'm still on-track!

Struggles or successes of your week:
Things continued to be stressful this week; haven't been sleeping well lately, and haven't had the time/commitment to go for my runs. Did manage to get in a 33 mile bike ride on Sunday, but that probably wasn't a great idea with 98° temperatures (108° heat index); it brought me some relaxation and peace of mind though.
I'm currently 1.0 lbs from being Obese & not Severely Obese (per BMI).

Cycling - 74.3 miles (100 Miles)

Struggles or successes of your week: Have had an MG flare that's been going on for a few weeks, hit me hard this week. I haven't hit my daily step goal more than 3-4 times in the past few weeks. Good news is, I caught the flare earlier than usual because of tracking my activity, and called my Neurologist. I'll be increasing my steroid dose for awhile, hopefully the low-carb diet keeps the cravings at bay.

Struggles or successes of your week: So this was an interesting week. I have done well with tracking and getting more water in, however, my food choices have been poor and was over my calorie count a lot. Happily the weight that went up right before weigh in last week, went back down. I will be on vacation for the next two weigh in days... oooohhhh noooo. I think I will try to track food on vacation - not easy without a smart phone.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: This was a pinnacle week of stress, and it showed on the scale. I had grazed and eaten, and not gone for my walk much. However I would have been at maintenance calories, but had a gain anyway. Alas, I'm doing better now, so let's keep going instead of complete derailment.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week:
I'm beginning to think that I'm going to have stressful days for the rest of the year; this week has also been frustrating. Fortunately the scale caught it's error from last week and showed me both week's loss this week. I am under no illusions I've dropped 5 pounds today, but it's nice to know that I'm down what I expected to be down. I like knowing if I eat a certain # of calories and exercise a certain # of calories that I'll lose weight... Keeps me from sweating the scale too much.
I'm no longer Severely Obese (only Obese per BMI). Baby steps.

Even when I have set backs I know that I'm (in part) responsible to the group to keep going, and seeing everyone else ticking away the pounds helps keep me going too.
Everyone's done a great job, and any amount of loss is a great effort. Thank you all for the support you've provided in being here.
August post will be up shortly, hope to see you all there.0 -
