Workouts 7 & 8

So far....I hate! anybody else??? Up till now I've loved the workouts. I don't think I'm ready for these

    I too hate 7... I don't mind 8 so much, but I find I typically enjoy the "back of the body" work outs more...

    I've completed the full program but I am re-doing phase 2 and 3 now. Last week should have been my final week of work outs 7 & 8 but I went on vacation so I decided to move onto 9 & 10 this week because I hated 7 so much!! Phase 3 is a bit harder than Phase 2, but I enjoy the sequences more.

    I have actually been doing other stuff this week for 7 and 8 cause those workouts have been killing my wrists for some reason. I figured it's better to replace them with other workouts than doing nothing at all lol
    I hope I'll be able to do the next coming weeks! How did your first round go??

    That's probably smart, no reason to injure yourself! Let me know how you enjoy weeks 9 & 10, I believe you'll be happier with them :smiley:

    My first round I lost 19lbs and 9.5 inches! This time I am only maintaining because summer has brought a lot of cheat days :#

    I started 9 and 10 this week. I do like it better but for workout 9 there are still a lot of plank stuff. Hopefully I'll stick with these lol

    That's awesome losing 19lbs! I know all about those cheat days!!!! lol
