I picked up mine on Thursday, and love it especially for tracking my sleep, (or lack of it). I knew my sleep was restless but to actually SEE the episodes is a an eye opener. My lack of sleep, leads to poor food choices, etc.. so this is where I need to focus for now.

Love my charge HR, the only time I take it off is to shower or charge it. I love that it catches my sleep (cause I barely sleep sometimes) & I love to see the steps throughout the day along with the heartbeat & such. I also love that I don't have to remember to put it on during exercise that way & it tracks that time for me. I'm slowly working my way back up to 10,000+ steps a day but the little challenges have been a great motivator for that!
