FYI, According to a post March19, 2015 by Dietician Services1 the Sausage patty alone is 85 calories.

I like it with a 1/2 slice of Velveeta @ 40 calories per slice so I am adding 20 calories of cheese to it.
My Rating 4.5 out of 5.
With the Sausage patty = to 85 calories You could pull the sausage patty and add 2 Slices of Velveeta as a replacement for a alternative taste.

    I love those things, I eat them almost every day. The best breakfast item NS makes hands down!
    I usually toast the muffin.

    I agree, chereal. A great selection that's not sweet.

    I found that it was better in the microwave and normally, I'd rather do the frozen foods in the oven.
