I weighed a bit early this week, but it is looking like I might actually hit my challenge goal! It is many weeks early, but off to a strong start. And, to be honest, I would be happy as a clam to weigh 145 pounds and stay there. But 140 is the dream!
We shall see....today I weighed in at 150.9! So a loss of 6 pounds for the challenge, and a MFP total loss of 41.1 pounds. No longer obese, and ALMOST at a healthy bmi. WAHOO!!!!

Oh dear .... too many days sitting at work!!! And too many really hot days .....

And this week it is worse..... gain of 2 lbs..... 179.4 this morning!!
And the ultimate worse..... the neighbours seen wolf and bear tracks .... I always walk outside, that is my stress relief... a mile up to the lake with my dog and a mile back. I do carry bear bells but I am not sure what my dog would do if he seen either animal, he might want to play with it.0
