I just ordered a Lodge Logic 3-Quart Cast Iron Covered Deep Skillet. Oh I'm really enjoying this
WOE, not to mention my glucose numbers look GREAT! My wife says she won't have to lift at the gym,
just cook. :)

    It is, when you attempt to lift a cast iron pan full of food, lol.

    I have a 5 qt cast iron pot coated with ceramic for looks and man that thing is heavy. Definitely counts as lifting weights!
