For the month of August, I am using my Fitbit to keep me on track of my fitness goals.. My goal is to obtain 10,000 steps EVERY DAY for the entire month. If anyone else has a fitbit let me know I also want to eat between 1200-1800 calories every day.
What is your plan?

My plan is to go to the gym after work at least 3-4 times a week. I plan on being there for about 2 hours each day I go. I normally do the elliptical since it's my favorite form of cardio, and I lift weights every once in a while. I also plan on eating about 1300-1600 calories a day and I need to eat more vegetables as well.0

My plan is to stay within my calorie range, commit to my running plan and use my fitbit to keep myself on track. I am Heather.Bittner@gmail.com on fitbit. I love step challenges. So feel free to add me.0

My plan is to stay within my calorie range and cut carbs as much as possible. Absolutely no bread. I have also started P90X and on the days I do weights, will also do time on the treadmill.0

Hi everyone! Rebecca- my goals are pretty much the same as yours! Try to get 10k steps every day, and 1200-1800 cals/day. I think I'd like to have an average of 12000 steps/day and 1400 cals/day.
As for exercise beyond the steps, I want to do circuit strength training 3 times per week.
Thanks for organizing this!0 -
