Valerie - Wow! Great loss this week.

I'm glad to have my weight finally moving down again. Hope to finish the month another pound down.
My goals this week include:
1. Some type of exercise 5 days.
2. Get my upstairs bedroom organized, furnished and decorating in the next 2 weeks. It has been the "catch all" room for way too long and now I have company coming.

I lost focus last week, so am excited to get back to it this week. I mostly have my workouts dialed in, so I want to really concentrate on food and sleep stuff this week. In particular, I'm going to try to bring lunch 4/5 weekday days, and stay within my calories. I'm also going to try to get back to more incidental movement/walking, especially for breaks during the work day, as I know that helps with stress and such.

Hi everyone! I have been MIA for the last 2 and half weeks due to a family emergency. Today was the 1st day back to the gym. How I missed it!

    Today’s Goals:

    1) Exercise at least 35 mins - :)
    2) Walk – get as many steps in as possible
    3) Stay within calorie range
    4) Drink my water
    5) Prepare healthy meals & snacks
    6) Stay positive & not let family members get on my nerves!!!

Hope everyone has a beautiful day! B)

I need to focus this week and be really good because this weekend I know will be hard on me. Saturday night is my best friends bachelorette party and I have to be up at 6am sunday morning to catch a train into NYC for a 5k across the Brooklyn bridge. This is what I get for planning things and not looking at my calendar to see what's going on other days. So I don't want to go into the weekend feeling like garbage because I ate horribly and didn't get any exercise in. But it will be a good weekend exercise wise since for the bachelorette party we will be kicking things off with an hour and a half private belly dancing class  and I have the 5k the next day.

    Overall Goals for the week
    1. run at least 3 days
    2. stay away from junk food
    3. stick with my preplanned meals

Yes, definitely sounds like you will be balancing out the food and everything else at the bachelorette party. What a fun idea to do the belly dancing class.

I'm probably off my goals for the week somewhat already, but will just do the best I can the rest of the week.

(Your photos always inspire me to want to take more, barbhat!)

The beginning of this week has been less than stellar food-wise. Not bad. Just not loss-worthy. I have stuck to my goals for the week for exercise and working on that guest room. Guess I need to focus on more water and my normal meals for the next 3 days before the weigh-in.

@barbhat - Nice picture. Great NSV!

    Great photo and NSV!

I had a pretty uninspired, unmotivated week. I seem to be having a lot of trouble putting good weeks together lately.

Up .3 lbs from last week but at least have things settled back into a good routine and this is still on track with my weekly goals. Have a great week everyone!
