How's everyone getting on with it.. T b h I only manage doing the routine on a sat morning before my gym workout,, just one round then an hour s strength training. Followed by 10 mins jogging on treadmill , after all that knackered by Sunday. All the extra effort is finally starting to pay off as you can see by the pic posted below..0
