    56.8/70 got a great walk in tonight. I love coming here and seeing how successful everyone is. Everyday we all make a good choice or choices by walking and the healthy food we eat. All of you keep me motivated.

    My goals in July are 120 miles, 20 days over 10,000 steps.

    July 1 -21 --> 87.2 miles. (8/20)

    July 22 - 3 miles

    One of these months I am going to make my goal of 20 days over 10,000 steps!!

    78/100 I did the Silver Walk this morning. I am going to the zoo this afternoon and will get a few more miles in.

    Hi everyone, sorry I haven't signed in awhile, I haven't done anything this month but eat I think, and boy do I feel the difference. Ugh. Anyway just wanted to say I was alive and when I get back to my movation I will be logging again.
