I walked for 17 minutes and burn 68 calories. Lunch is chicken and green beans. I have 100 calorie pack of nuts and some spinach/kale mix for when I get hungry (bored?) this afternoon.

I walked the past two day and ate my chicken and green beans. It's getting hot in Pennsylvania, but it felt good to get outside.0
