I walked for 17 minutes and burn 68 calories. Lunch is chicken and green beans. I have 100 calorie pack of nuts and some spinach/kale mix for when I get hungry (bored?) this afternoon.
A little bit about myself: I'm a Mechanical Engineer. I work 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. My weight has yoyoed from 150 to 200 pounds though my career.
