A little bit about myself:
I'm a Mechanical Engineer. I work 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. My weight has yoyoed from 150 to 200 pounds though my career. I have struggled with eating takeout lunches and hitting the vending machines when I'm stressed.
I'm determined to get the weight off and keep it off for good. I believe that a healthy workday is the foundations of a healthy lifestyle.
I'm packing a healthy lunch and walking on my lunch break. I stopped keeping extra food in my desk drawer and even went as far as leaving my purse in the car so I don't have money on me for the vending machines.
I haven't have a soda in a few weeks, but I still struggle around 2ish. I am working on trying different healthy snacks to help with that time period.
