Struggles or successes of your week: Finally getting all my water in. Missed my goal by 2.2 lbs. Not going to beat myself up because the month was still a loss. Kinda suspect the sodium explosion yesterday will account for some of that. Next time I'll be more careful. Especially on the day before weigh day!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Kept my eating on-plan despite ongoing MG flare and being home-bound much of the week. I had set up my diet plan to continue losing even without physical activity, and it's working
I think a stall will be coming around 280 pounds-- that's a number that my body has always stayed at naturally in the past. It will be interesting to see if I keep losing right through it, or if I'll stall out at it...

Stalls are typically mental blocks (getting lazy on tracking, thinking you can't do any better, etc.). I know you can both blast through those weights and never skip a beat. I reached and breezed through the point that I got to last time; and I'm sure it's because I now have more faith that the Calories In < Calories Out method works.
I wish I knew before that "starvation mode" doesn't really exist; I had taken a break on my last diet to let my metabolism kick back up, but I ended up backsliding (all the way and past my starting point). I had stalled (probably) because I wasn't tracking all my food properly, or had gotten too consumed with building points and not losing weight (different site that gives bonus points for "healthy activities").
Keep up with the good habits you've got going, and you'll do great.0 -

7/4:313.20 lb. Came back from vacation and gained back any loss and then some. I'm at my highest non pregnancy weight. I haven't showed the gain on MFP hoping to be down a bit before logging it here.

Struggles or successes of your week: It was a pretty good week. Resisting craft service was particularly hard this week. This last we went away and I ate a lot of crap food. It will show next week I'm sure. Or at least will have less of a loss.0
