Getting back on track after a blip

Hello everyone. Just wondered what you guys find best for getting back into ketosis after a blip. I had a major blip today and ended up having over 600g carbs and sugar. Needless to say I feel terrible now and want to move on asap

That's a big blip.
Fasted exercise. Liver glycogen ~= 120g = 480 kcal. Wake up, run a 5K, your glycogen will be depleted.0 -

Just have a super fatty meal if you get rebound cravings. That usually helps me.0

You can always try a fat fast for 1-3 days depending on how bad you deem your "blip" was.0
