This is a product I came across in my local natural food store. It contains L-Tyrosine, ashwagandha, thyroid (thyroxin free bovine), forslean (coleus forskohili root), and kelp. It also has selenium and a smallish amount of zinc.

Any thoughts on this?

Um.....I don't have one. I just started looking into it. I am interested in hearing from anyone who might have actually used it, though.

I am trying the ithroid and adrenal that the people who make my medication make along with d3 b vitamins multivitamin and probiotic. So far no complaints but no newfound life energy either. I asked my dr and he said ok to try it but to not take it if at any point I feel sick. Haven't felt sick after a week of trying this but don't have anything awesome to report either. You should call the dr and ask if it is something ok to pursue.

I'm exercising more out of stubbornness. I feel more run down if I try to run but I've been doing alot of walking and incline work. Super tired but that's just me

I have decided to wait till my next appointment. In the meantime, I have started using a half dose of 1Body Thyroid Support. Only one day so far but impressed. The longer term will tell, though. Will update in about a week. If this works, it'll replace a handful of supplements I have been taking.
