It's been a long time since I've posted. Life has gotten so busy that I just barely have time to log my food. However this morning I realized that I am now down 67 pounds. So, I decided to try on a pair of pants that I hadn't been able to wear for 20 years. They fit! They're tight, but they fit! So I decided to do a picture progression to give myself a visual of my journey thus far. And here it is! The first picture was taken March 6th, the Friday before my surgery. The second picture was taken 2 months post-op. The last picture was this morning.

    I read some where that one of the best things we can do for our selves in this process is to take pictures.
    I have been hesitant but seeing your changes inspires me to take pictures.
    You ought to be so proud.
    P.S. I LOVE your hair style in the recent photo.

    Thank you all so much for your kind words. And 911Chrisy, yes, take pictures!! And when you're feeling down, frustrated, or just like you don't feel that there is progress, pull them out... You will be amazed!

    Thank you akindofmagick and joysie1970. I am loving the new cut, ANNNND I colored it this weekend. It's not the color I was looking for, but it's not bad. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. And yes, Joysie, there were some pretty ugly days there for a while, but they seem to be behind me now!

    Wow! Such inspiration. I'm at least six months away before I can schedule my surgery (have to go to six months of consultations).
