Hi everyone,
just wanted to know if anyone is interested in participating in a weekly weigh in?
I was thinking of posting it under the announcements on Monday and closing it Friday (to accommodate people who weigh in at various days during the week); every week a new announcement would go up to keep track of what we've done

Sure.. im trying to stay away from the scale. Weighing every day makes me obsessive and crazy and will dictate my mood for the day. Once a week should be good! 0

On the main area of the group there is an announcements area- click on the title of the announcement (August 3-8 weigh in) and we can all leave comments there to post our progress 0
