i have been so overwhelmed with life that it's been hard to keep up with everyone here, but after looking at everyone's progress over the last couple months, I felt inspired to share an update of my own. I only have face pics right now (I'll have to dig up some older pics for future updates) but it's still fun. Almost 4 months post-RNY, 55 pounds lost. 0pkatc15m1lx.jpg

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I forgot to mention the non-scale and non-pic-capturing progress:
    - No more GERD (off all acid reducers!)
    - No more pre-diabetes (off all related meds!)
    - Cholesterol is normal for the first time in 10 years (no more meds!)
    - Less pain from exercising (and just living), especially in my knees, ankles, and back

It's so exciting to see these improvements and can only imagine how much better things will be in another 4 months!
