    Success or Struggles of the week: I am finding it hard to make myself get up and take my walks in the mornings. I did manage one 3 mile walk last week that resulted in a very large blister on my heel... Hoping this week is better.

    Struggles: Couldn't get anywhere near the gym yet. Maybe tomorrow. Have a competition at the end of the month to get ready for and I *really* need to get the rust off and ready for some caber tossing.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I really think I lost a whole pound of water weight because of the heat wave that we're experiencing, but I did exercise a lot by chasing after my 2 nephews. Have to get back into working out proper this week.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Gained over the weekend but managed to get most of it back off. Drinking all my water and have successfully doubled my workout.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Finally coming out of an Myasthenia Gravis flare :) Not able to exercise yet, but I can get through a whole day's work.

    I'm guessing the weight gain is water weight from an increase steroid dose, and hoping it will melt away this week!

    Struggles or successes of your week: My struggle of the week has been motivation to continue moving. I've had some setbacks with being in immense pain and looking after my husband. However I suppose my success is also paired with that - as I've still lost weight and stayed true to my diet.

    Struggles: Got to the gym, but backslid on eating a couple days (being forced to stay up until 4 AM working on a computer issue messes with my appetite).

    Success: At least I'm not gaining, and I hammered out 3 full squats at 500 at the end of my workout last week and they felt GREAT. Tomorrow's deadlift day, and I've got some energy to burn!

    Success: I've cut out sodas successfully except for the one glass of Pepsi that I allowed myself at my birthday dinner. I was also really good at prepping my meals and eating healthy during the week.

    Struggles: This was my birthday weekend. I decided to enjoy myself and not obsess over my food. I suprised myself because even though I had comfort food I didn't go overboard like I thought I would.

    Exercise: managed only 1 workout on the elliptical but I did accomplish my goal of going to the YMCA to research the prices of joining.
