Mine are bacon and eggs; I can have them together, separate , they're easy to cook and best of when combined correctly they make deviled eggs with nice bacony filling!

In fact I will be making some deviled eggs today so I have meals for tomorrow!

How about you? What keeps your kitchen locked, stocked and appropriately keto?

I did my first keto grocery trip yesterday. I bought plenty of eggs, bacon, turkey, beef, a chuck roast for a recipe, broccoli, cauliflower, string cheese, almond butter, celery, romaine lettuce.....

Bacon, eggs, and cheese are my most favorite! I eat them every single day. Also like avocados, a lot of meat, broccoli, kale, spinach, tilapia, tuna, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, cauliflower, celery, zucchini, spaghetti squash...oh, I could go on and on... Lol

I always have can tuna and mayo in the cupboard. I can whip up a tuna salad with whatever vegetables are in the fridge. It takes 2 minutes and doesn't require cooking.
