Re-motivating myself

i had successfully lost about 25 lbs on ideal protein two years ago in about 2 months and have slowly put the weigh back on over two years from poor lifestyle choices. Need to suck it up and get that weight back off! I'm torn because my partner is a fitness freak and ideal protein doesn't leave much room for major workouts. Any tips?

Could you put working out on hold just for 4 weeks while you're in ketosis? You could at least lose 10-12 lbs in that one month then start phasing off and adding workouts back in. If you know it only takes about 2 months to lose it all, it's worth it just to tell your partner to give you a 2 month hiatus. Then you can phase back into working out and healthy diet.0

I myself am a workout freak! I feel my best when I workout like a beast!
But I personally just can not loose weight without ketosis and only extremely limited light to no exercise.
That being said - it is now my time again to loose some accumulated extra flab. 2 months phase 1 and yoga only.0
