I gained 1.4 lbs. (.6 kg), which I expected, though I'm still happy it was less than two.
Halloween subtotal: -1.4 lbs. (now 26.4 to lose)
Halloween goal weight: 225 lbs.

To reach my goal, I need 1.4lb a week loss. This week I'm going to cut calories by an additional 250 and add 1000 extra steps per day, and see if that helps.

Honestly, I think 1lb in a week is great! I don't know about you, but my weight has fluctuated over 6 lb within 2 days, so if you're truly seeing a 1 lb drop in weight and it's not due to water retention (salt/glycogen) or what's left in your colon then I think you're doing a great job! I'd rather be conservative and see a 1 lb loss for 2 weeks than have a week where I try really hard only to gain weight or break even because I overestimated the previous week. Besides, MFT doesn't even recommend losing more than 2 lb a week without consulting a doctor first!*
*They probably recommend everyone consult a doctor before starting any weight loss plan, but still. Of course, if you're starting at a higher weight it could be easier to lose more than 2 lb a week.

NSV: Managed to say to eating out for lunch at work, and not eating all the crap that is in the breakroom (cookies, cupcakes, candybars, etc). Also rode the bike outside 4 days, for 45min to an hour.0 -

Morning.
Down .6 lbs this week to 179.8. Finally under 180. That's been my sticking point with weight.
And FYI - pottery barn has put up their Halloween stuff online. Just need to look under the "new" menu on the website.
