My favorite recipe is to pick up the phone and make dinner reservations.

However, one breakfast I really like is Sunnyside up egg over room temperature quinoa. About 299 calories. Room temp because if your quinoa is hot it will cook the yolk hard and ruin the whole runny yolk in quinoa yumminess. Add 70 calories for a second egg.

This sounds good & easy to do. Going to give it a try x

One of our favorites here is to stir fry whatever vegetables you like but I always add in snow peas and a few bean sprouts and once they're barely done add a little mixture of black bean garlic sauce with ginger and just a touch of honey................mmmmm yummy.

I'm doing a cookbook called Cookbook of the Year. I think it was published back in 1995 or so. It's daily recipes that are simple, relatively quick, use regular ingredients, high in fiber, low sodium, and low fat. It has a weekly shopping list and the food really tastes good. For those in a 1 or 2 person household. It's good stuff. It takes a few weeks to get the hang of it, but worth the effort. Also lots of variety.

Sounds awesome. My cooking skills are more a beginner level (think an 8 year old) and that's really been holding me back. I have cooked more in the last 6 months than I did in 6 years !
